The TaperCorked 24cmTaper candle is a high-quality glass candle with a corked base that is perfect for use in candle holders and candelabras. The candle is made to emulate the standard tall wax candle, and is taller than most wax candles. The candle burns for approximately 5 hours and is suitable for events that do not last that long.

The TAPER 24CM high glass candle is a corked system which is placed in a candle holder and/or candelabra.
The TAPER 24CM was made to emulate the standard; tall wax candle one normally finds in the marketplace; the principle again being; why buy a disposable wax candle that drips and makes a mess on ones cherished holder, when one can buy a reusable glass candle is both economical and practical.
As a result of glass candles working very differently to wax candles; the former relying on a capillary action to combust fuel and at best to only a 10 cm height, the TAPER 24 CM being much higher was still made, regardless.
The TAPER 24 CM is unique in that only half of the oil in the glass candle burns, leaving the user to fill it up when the candle is left with about half its oil.
